Really with anything, catching it right away seems to be the key if you want to go natural. My go to is always oil of oregano, but lucky for me, I was at the Expo West Natural Products Expo and found Ron Teagarden’s booth. Honestly, I felt better after about 15 minutes and i walked the convention floor for 8 hours after. Looks like I have another “go to”. Woo hoo!
